                               RESOLUTION NO. 19001
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT
                   A GIFT OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO BE GIVEN
                   TO THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE AND
                   THE COUNTY OF HAMILTON, WHICH IS DESCRIBED
                   IN THE QUITCLAIM DEED ATTACHED HERETO AND IS 
                   LOCATED IN THE ROSS'S LANDING AREA SUBJECT
                   TO THE DECLARATION OF EASEMENTS AND
                   RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS AND RESERVATION OF
                   LICENSING RIGHTS ATTACHED HERETO.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to accept the gift of certain real property to be given to the
       City of Chattanooga, Tennessee and the County of Hamilton, which
       is described in the Quitclaim Deed of Gift attached hereto and is 

       located in the Ross's Landing Area subject to the Declaration of
       Easements and Restrictive Covenants and Reservation of Licensing
       Rights attached hereto.
